Help / Run several devices

The pairing code doesn't work

A pairing code lasts 90 seconds, and five wrong tries close the pairing window. On the host, open the session sheet and tap Add Device for a fresh code, or tap Allow when the joining device appears.

  1. Type the code the host shows now. Four digits, from the host's Pairing code section. A field that just asks again means the code didn't match.
  2. Get a new code. If the joining device says "That prompter is not accepting new devices", the window has closed: after 90 seconds, or after five wrong codes. On the host tap Add Device.
  3. Or tap Allow on the host. When the joining device appears on the host, Allow lets it in without a code.

You pair once. After that the two devices find each other with no code. In a browser, "That code is invalid or expired" means the same thing; browser guesses are counted separately, and the host's Allow still works.

"That session is full" means the session has reached Devices allowed. The host can raise it on the session sheet, up to 16.

If that didn't work

If a fresh code is refused too, update both devices to the same version and try again. Write to us.
