Help / Record and hand off
My takes aren't in Photos
Takes go to your Photos library when the app is allowed to add to it. If it isn't, each take stays in the app, listed under Kept in the app on the prompter's Camera page, where you can share it or delete it.
- Look on the Camera page. Open the prompter's Settings, then Camera. Takes that couldn't go to Photos are listed under Kept in the app, each with Share and Delete.
- Share them somewhere safe. Share opens the share sheet: save to Files, AirDrop to a Mac, or send to your editor.
- Allow Photos for next time. Tap Open Settings on the Camera page and allow Cutvey Teleprompter to add to Photos.
The app asks only to add to Photos. It can put a take there and can't read anything else in your library. Kept takes don't show in the Files app; use Share to move them. Takes don't sync through iCloud with your scripts.
If that didn't work
If a take is in neither place, write to us with the device and roughly when you recorded it. Write to us.
